What channels can I run with PushEngage?
One account covers web push (including PWA and iOS), mobile app push with in-app messaging, WhatsApp automation, and chat widgets. You can run each channel on its own or together in workflows.
How do I set up PushEngage on my Shopify store?
Add the PushEngage app to your store, and default campaigns are ready to go. These include cart and browse abandonment, back-in-stock and price drop alerts, and WhatsApp order updates.
Can I move my subscribers from another push provider?
Yes. There are step-by-step guides for moving web and app push subscribers from OneSignal, PushOwl, Webpushr and Braze, plus a general guide for mobile app subscribers.
Can I manage PushEngage from Claude, Cursor or another AI assistant?

What are PushEngage WordPress Abilities?
They’re 22 PushEngage actions registered through the WordPress Abilities API, such as sending notifications, creating segments, reading analytics and managing WooCommerce automations. AI agents can run them right from your site. You need PushEngage 4.2.3+, WordPress 7.0+ and admin access, plus the free WP MCP Adapter to connect an external AI client.
How do I start sending WhatsApp messages?
Create a WhatsApp Business account, then connect it to PushEngage through the Cloud API or the WhatsApp Business App. From there you can automate order updates and abandoned cart recovery for WooCommerce or Shopify.
How do I add push notifications to my mobile app?
Use the PushEngage SDK for iOS, Android, Flutter or React Native. You can then add in-app messages and deep links that open specific screens.
