Guide to setting up a Fallback Campaign

A fallback Campaign is a campaign used as the default campaign to fallback in rare scenarios when the push campaign content cannot be fetched.

It might occur due to various reasons very rarely, and a few of them are – Poor internet connectivity or service worker being unreachable. Usually, when the scheduled notification or message is not getting displayed, then the fallback campaign

Setting up Fallback Campaign

  1. Login to your dashboard to navigate to Site Settings » Campaign defaults.
  2. Add notification title, message, and URL. The content can be generalized and the landing page can be your website URL.

3. You can click on the Save button once you are done adding the details. You also have an option to ‘Test notification’ on how it looks before saving the details.
