Where do I get the extension?
The extension is currently in beta. A Chrome Web Store listing arrives with general availability; until then, beta access is available to PushEngage customers on request. It installs like any Chrome extension and works with your existing PushEngage login.
Do I need a specific plan to use it?
The extension works with every PushEngage plan. Individual capabilities mirror your dashboard plan: CTA buttons and scheduled sends need Growth and up, segments need Business and up, and A/B testing needs Premium.
How does login work?
If your PushEngage dashboard is open in another tab, the extension detects the session automatically. Otherwise you log in once through the dashboard. Sessions are checked every 30 minutes, time out after six hours of inactivity, and the icon shows a badge when it is time to log back in.
Will I lose a draft if I close the panel?
No. Drafts auto-save after a 1.5-second pause in typing and are stored per URL, so each page keeps its own draft for 24 hours. Your tone, UTM toggle, and CTA preferences persist across every page.
I manage several sites. Does it handle that?
Yes. Accounts with more than one site get a site selector at the top of the panel. Each site keeps its own segments, plan features, branding, and UTM defaults, and the extension reloads with the right ones when you switch.
