Pricing and setup
Before you pick.
What counts toward my subscriber number?
Web push and app push subscribers share one count. WhatsApp contacts and chat widget conversations are not counted. Campaigns are unlimited on paid plans, subject to fair use.
What happens when I go past my plan limits?
We do not stop your campaigns. When either your subscriber count or your monthly send volume passes what your plan covers, your account moves to the next tier that fits and we bill the difference. Enterprise accounts are billed by contract instead.
Am I charged for people who unsubscribe?
No. Billing counts active subscribers only. You can also remove inactive subscribers yourself from Audience → Subscribers → Clean up the List, on every plan.
Do you offer a free trial?
We have a 14-day money back guarantee for all plans. Please try it out stress free.
Do I need a developer to set this up?
Not on WordPress or Shopify. Install the plugin, connect your site, and your opt-in is live. On any other platform someone adds our JavaScript and a service worker file to your site root, once. Web push needs no Apple developer certificate. The REST API and our MCP server are there if you want to go further.
Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. Change plans or cancel at any time. All prices are in USD.
What do I need to add app push?
Our SDK, once. iOS, Android, Flutter and React Native are supported, and you need your own Apple and Google developer accounts. App push subscribers then count in the same total as web push, and campaigns run from the same dashboard.
Are in-app messages included with app push?
Yes, on every plan. The Free plan carries the basic set and usage limits vary by plan.
What do I need before I can send on WhatsApp?
Your own Meta Business account. Meta bills you directly for the messages you send, and we charge for the integration only. WhatsApp automation runs on Shopify and on WordPress with WooCommerce. Order updates are on every paid plan, and cart recovery is on Growth and Enterprise.
Do WhatsApp contacts count toward my bill?
No. Your price is set by your web push and app push subscriber count only.
Does the chat widget cost extra?
No, it is included on every plan: 21 channels plus custom links, and up to 50 agents per account.
Can I run campaigns from Claude, Cursor or the API?
Yes. The MCP server installs with one command and works on every plan, including Free, so you can run campaigns from Claude, Cursor or any MCP agent. Your plan limits apply to what it can do. Setup: pushengage.com/api/ai-agents. There is also a REST API, plus Chrome and Firefox extensions.

What does the guarantee cover?
Any paid plan, for 14 days from purchase, in full. Contact support and the refund is processed.
Can you handle our send volume?
We deliver more than 15+ billion notifications a month on AWS infrastructure, with TurboSend for large sends. Enterprise volume is provisioned per account. Bring your list size and send cadence to the call and we will size it with you.
Is Enterprise more expensive?
Not necessarily. Enterprise is priced on your actual volume, and above the published tiers the effective rate per subscriber comes down rather than up. A 30-minute call prices it against your real list.
Does this work with HubSpot?
Yes, on every plan. The HubSpot integration is included at no extra cost, and Zapier connects 9,000 more apps, so a HubSpot event can trigger a push.
How do we move our existing web push subscribers?
Two paths, and our team runs it with you. If your current provider can export the endpoint, auth key, p256dh and VAPID keys, we import the list directly. If it cannot, which is common, silent resubscribe brings people over quietly on their next visit with no second opt-in, because permission was already granted. Reachability starts lower and climbs as people return.
How do we move our existing app push subscribers?
Reuse the Apple and Firebase credentials your app already has. Device tokens come from APNs and FCM rather than from your provider, so they stay valid and notification permission carries over. You will need your App Push ID, the p12 certificate and your Firebase Sender ID. Plan the cutover around your app versions, since migration depends on which build a subscriber is running.
Who helps us get set up?
Enterprise accounts get a technical contact for onboarding who works through installation, migration and your first campaigns. Every other plan gets email support with a person, not a queue.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your account stays restorable for 15 days after cancellation. After that the account and its data are deleted.
Do you sign a DPA, and how is subscriber data handled?
Yes. Our data processing agreement is published and you can review it before you sign anything. Web and app push work through browser and device endpoints rather than email addresses or phone numbers, and consent is captured at the opt-in itself. Read the DPA
